I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-supplied, with contemporary furnishings and a cozy bed. However, the room was quite warm, and adjusting the temperature was not possible. The service was outstanding, with the staff being helpful, friendly, and even providing useful information and assistance, like arranging tickets for the Alhambra and guiding us to a nearby parking station. The location couldn't have been better, conveniently close to shops, restaurants, bars, and major attractions, offering great views of the Alhambra. The dining experience was delightful, offering a good variety of options, including gluten-free and soy milk, with a rooftop terrace as a bonus. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

The hotel was modern, clean, and functional with huge, clean, and comfortable rooms in a perfect location, facing over the street. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location could not be better, within walking distance to great tapas bars, shopping, the cathedral, and bus stops. The dining experience was good, especially on the roof terrace. The facilities were fantastic and well worth the extra money.
